When you join our waitlist, we may collect the following information:

The legal basis for processing your email address for marketing and communications is your explicit, freely given consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the UK GDPR / EU GDPR).

By ticking the consent checkbox on our waitlist form, you confirm that:

• You are aged 16 or over.

• You agree to receive emails from TestBase360 about product updates, launch announcements, hiring tips, and marketing communications.
• You understand your email address will be stored and processed as described in this policy.

5. Marketing Communications

With your consent, we will send you marketing emails which may include:

• TestBase360 launch announcements and early access invitations
• Product feature highlights and platform updates
• Hiring tips, talent acquisition guides, and industry insights
• Special offers, promotions, or early member benefits
• Surveys or feedback requests about TestBase360

Opting out: Every marketing email we send includes a clearly visible "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom. Clicking it will immediately remove you from our mailing list. You can also email us at privacy@testbase360.com to request removal.

We aim to send only relevant, useful content. We will not flood your inbox.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party service to manage our email list and communications:

Google is a US-based service certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. By joining our waitlist, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policy and applicable data transfer frameworks.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Data Retention

We will retain your personal data for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications. Specifically:

• If you remain on the waitlist and subscribe to our platform — your data transitions to our platform's privacy terms upon account creation.
• If you unsubscribe — we will remove your email from active mailing lists within 10 business days. We may retain a record of your unsubscribe request to ensure we do not contact you again.
• If we do not launch — we will delete all waitlist data within 24 months of this policy's last update date, or sooner upon your request.

8. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
